What Would You Do? the right candidate will lead the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns from inception to completion ensuring seamless collaboration among creative, vendor and operations team. You will partner with the Marketing Director to develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies, while analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable recommendations for improvement. The candidate will maintain brand consistency across all platforms, support digital marketing initiatives and manage updates to product reviews and public relations content. Additionally this position will oversee marketing budget tracking, vendor invoicing, and ensure accurate reconciliation of key program budgets. The Marketing Coordinator will also represent the company at select events, coordinating event marketing plans to enhance brand presence and engagement.
What will you be responsible for?
- Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and vendor communication for campaigns.
- Liaise between creative/design team, vendors, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
- Represent the company at selecting events and coordinating event marketing plans.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to plan annual and quarterly marketing calendars.
- Complete analysis and report on campaign performance; make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of annual marketing plans and programs
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Support digital marketing including SEO, email marketing and website updates.
- Update product reviews and public relations information on the website(s)
- Oversee marketing budget tracking and vendor invoicing.
- Track key programs and reconcile monthly budget.
Do you have the necessary education and experience?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous graphic design experience.
- Project management, ability to manage timelines, track deliveries and coordinate cross-function teams to execute marketing campaigns efficiently.
- Campaign coordination, skilled in organizing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning to reporting.
- Experience collaborating on and managing annual and quarterly marketing calendars.
- Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms to track KPIs and recommend improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with vendors , creative teams and internal departments.
- Familiarity with managing budgets, processing vendor invoices and ensuring financial accuracy within campaigns.
- Experience planning and executing marketing activities for events, including signage, promotional materials, and onsite representation.
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative briefs and provide clear feedback to design and content teams.
- Capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
